vMix U is a complete live production system packed into a compact 1U rackmount unit.
Powered by the versatile vMix live production software, not only can this unit be used to power your entire live production with 4 camera switching, streaming and recording, it is also just as versatile as a companion to any existing live production setup. This means you can use the vMix U as a multi bitrate HD streaming encoder, video recorder, dedicated graphics titler, video playout server or to take advantage of the any number of features available in vMix and plug it into to your existing workflow using SDI or NDI connectivity.

Powerful Storage Capabilities

The vMix U includes 500GB of built in super fast SSD storage and two hot swap SSD drive bays in the front, allowing you to add additional storage to your productions quickly and easily.

The drive bays support most 2.5" SSD drives and can be used as additional space for recordings or to load media assets that can be used instantly right from within vMix.
